Listen and understand what I am about to tell you. Tongue piercing is a very serious matter that needs to be done in a controlled environment by an experienced professional body piercer. You can only get this done in studios that are licensed and inspected to provide these services in a safe manner. The studios have regulations they must follow, it's not open to debate. You are either old enough to sign for your self or you have parental consent to get it done. Any place that will provide a service to a minor without parental consent is in violation of health regulations and you need to be concerned about your health and safety.
