Doubtful, but honestly who can really say. No one can tell the future however, Matt & Trey did say in 2015 they'd continue to make the show until Comedy Central cancels it so if CC wants it until Season 30 and beyond, unless they have a change of heart, Matt & Trey will evidently continue to make South Park.
It is currently (March 2016) under contract to 2019, which will be its 23rd Season.

It would be a really good idea because I loved the first movie .. with sadam , Satan, and the way you actually got to see Kenny and hear him speak.I love Stan he's amazing .. Love him xx
