It has it's weaknesses. You have Lapras which can pull the job that Tentacruel and Articuno would do because it is water and ice, and try not to have too many repeats. I personally have and love Lapras and mine has Confuse ray, Body slam, Surf and Ice beam. It can usually take out grass Pokemon with Ice Beam so it's only main weaknesses are Fighting and Electric, because fire isn't super-effective due to it's water half and you can take out any rock type Pokemon with Surf. My Charizard has Flamethrower, Fly, Earthquake and Slash. Flamethrower is a great STAB attack and Fly helps me with the Fighting type Pokemon that would beat Lapras. Earthquake is an all around powerful attack and also helps against Rock types in case my Lapras dies early on. I also have Jolteon which I have found is very helpful, especially in the Elite Four. I would evolve Dragonair because it is rather weak stats but Dragonite is a dominant Pokemon. Personally, I would drop Tentacruel and Moltres. Tentacruel because Lapras is better, and Moltres because you already have a Fire/Flying Pokemon in Charizard and being your starter he is better raised and thus stronger. I also have Kabutops because he's one of my favorite Pokemon and he is good with Rain Dance (it doubles his speed when used), Waterfall because he has higher attack then special attack, Rock Slide because it is a powerful rock attack and may make the foe flinch which can be a battle-saver, and Giga Drain to take out water users. Try, instead of Victreebell, Exeggutor because it provides a strong psychic side as well as a powerful grass side. If you teach it Solarbeam, Explosion, Sunny Day, and Psychic it is truly dominant, but if you do so avoid using Kabutops afterward because it will lose it's power if you used Sunny Day. Sunny Day also makes Solarbeam a one-turn attack rather then it's normal two turn requirements. Maybe try a different Pokemon like Magnetron or Gengar for a different type Pokemon. Hope I Helped!

It's an okay team, but a good team depends on whether or not you have a complete balance of all of the types, i.e. Electric, Fire, Water, Grass, Rock or Fighting, and Psychic or Dragon, so if you teach Dragonite a Psychic move and teach Machoke Focus punch or Focus Blast, drop the Sand Slash or Tyranitar if you want a good balance, and get an Electric Type Pokemon and a Grass Type. Other than the lack of Grass or Electric Types, this is a pretty decent Team.

Yes it is but as always you need to watch out for specific trainers that train types that defeat your Pokemon. Ice type trainers would have a huge advantage against you when your using venusaur, togetic and dragonite, Also electric type trainers can defeat moltres, gyrados and togetic easily as well. If you want to switch some Pokemon you may want to switch togetic but you don't have too.

Yes, it looks good! Tyranitar and Ho-oh or Lugia would be a perfect team for double battles, since Tyranitar can learn Earthquake and Ho-oh or Lugia are Flying types. It's good to have a mix of types in the team.

That is fine but you might want a grass type pokemon, you don't need one though, but make sure your team is strong!!!

Your team is too weak to Water, Electric and Grass. You should replace Blastoise with maybe a Dragonite.
