No. Plain wheat toast w/o anything on is quite low in nutrients, and what it has is quickly processed by the body. If you have to eat bread, go for whole grain breads with low-fat/low-sugar accessories - no buttery breadspread, no philly cheese, no marmalades. And penaut butter is straight out of the question. Most straight foirward approach to weight loss is simply to cut sugar and fat from your diet. Give up the sodas, ration the juices, say good bye to everything deep fried. Keep physically active for one hour each day(walking is good) and you should shed some weight.
