of course not! No liquid of any type in a vehicle should MIX with another liquid. i.e. gas, Transmission Fluid, washer fluid, coolant, Power Steering fluid. You may want to investigate your problem further.
but Meany fords use automatic transmission fluid in power steering pump. if it leaking out then have it checked, but if it is in the pump check owners manual and see what is suppose to be in there,
