Yes, The Geforce 210 will run it great, I have a 210 and it only lags with all settings on high but i wouldn't call it severe lag at all.
It also depends on the Ram and processor, I have a athlon II x2 220 and 3 GBs of ram and it runs very well. It can also run skyrim on medium with no lag.

can it run it? probablycan you play it? probably notyou may get a picture but the framerates will be too slow and stuttering will occur. movements will become jerky and it will be unplayable.it may work but id guess it wouldn't and i don't think its worth the money to try

Although graphics cards make WoW run better, you can get along pretty well without one and use the 256MB Nvidia GeForce 8200M that comes with it. The 2GB RAM that comes with the CQ60 should be more than enough to get 60 frames per second. The only thing is you might want to play on lower visual settings in raids and instances and in places like Dalaran and Orgrimmar/Stormwind as they can get pretty stuttery (not a real word but you get the drift) even on extremely high end systems.
