It depends... If the vomit is red with little chunks then there's a good chance of bleeding in the stomach. You should call your doctor. If the vomit is just blue-ish you probably had too much Go-Gurt.

∙ 16y agoIt's certainly not a good sign and a woman going through this should phone the ambulance immediately! Even though this can occur often the bleeding and vomiting can be stopped (if caught in time) and the pregnant woman can go full term with her pregnancy to perhaps a premature birth, but the baby is healthy.

Its not a bad sign it could be Implantation bleeding or a period while pregnant which people have not heard of!!! Being sick is a pregnancy symptoms just go to the doctors just in case just to make sure everything is ok good luck!!!

∙ 16y agoWhile bleeding by itself is not a sure sign of miscarriage, it is quite likely when combined with cramps that are similar to period pains or mild labor. An ultrasound is the best way to be absolutely sure, combined with a blood test.
