there are many engg institutes like iit's who admits the students having the qualification of engg diploma for lateral entry in b tech in directly to second year. they hold a separate entrance test for such candidates in which aptitude test of engg diploma is asked.
All engineering programmes offered at KSK or City Campus are not only recognised by HEC But even PEC has granted permission to initiate the programs there. The zero visits have been completed and soon the campus will gain accrediation from PEC. The KSK Campus's degrees will be of UET Lahore and there will be no mentioning of the campus on the degree.... it will be a UET Degree i.e a student of elect engg of uet main campus will get the same degree as of ksk
