Arrange a repair.
There are things you can do.
Take out the battery, wait a moment and replace it.
Start up while holding Option+Command+P+R
Hold them down until the Mac has started 3 times.
Then after the third startup chime, hold the Option Key only.
Hopefully you will get start-up disks. If there is one called "Restore" select it.
Try to restore your system.
If this doesn't work, arrange for a repair. Apple will give you a service number to take to the service shop. That will enable a faster repair and apply any service contracts or warranties you may have.
