First off why would he be using that for a cut, and second why would that make him gay? Strange yes, Gay probably not. Cuts on the penis are PAINFUL!!!!!!! If he finds it soothes the pain, it's not surprising he's rubbing it on. It doesn't mean anything about his sexuality.
