∙ 14y agoIf you're in the US and assuming you're talking about Immigration issues... Merely marrying a US citizen does not make someone 'legal' or give them the right to remain in the country.

∙ 15y agoNo- your marriage would be invalid and you would not be legally married to him. He could be prosecuted for bigamy and you might be able to sue him for damages.
