their email is webkinzaganzwebsite@hotmail.com all u do is tell them what u want and be sure 2 include ur username and password. it will take them a little while 4 them 2 put it on there but it works.
The above email address is NOT the real email address for Webkinz or Ganz. Why would a major company have a hotmail address? The person posting this information is attempting to steal accounts. If your account wont let you log on all you have to do is have your webkinz code handy. When you get to the log in page just click 'I forgot may password'. Then enter the webkinz code and they will give you a new, unique password you can change later if you want!
