Its been 3 days ahead my period is due i got a paste like dark brown blood then abot 2 3rd of my pad is filled up is it implantation bleeding or my periods help me?

If you are spotting brown period blood 3 days in advance, it may just be your period starting early. The only way to know if you are pregnant is to take a pregnancy test.
