Well you need to leave it a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks before considering any changes to the jewellery. If it's and issue that you don't like the jewellery or it's uncomfortable then go back to your professional body piercer and have them help you change it sooner. But the longer you leave it the better it will heal.
You need to wait 6 weeks so the piercing has time to stabilize. Changing jewelry too early can cause problems such as irritation, infection and/or scarring.
Wait at least 8 weeks before you change the jewelry.
With any piercing, once you poke a hole in it it's done and will never be the same so think before you pierce. Are you sure this is what you want? Once it's done....it's done.
Yes, it is safe for you to get your ears pierced four days before having your wisdom teeth removed. You only need to remove jewelry during major surgeries.
By all means Yes, that's what we are here for.
A Tragus piercing, being a deep cartilage piercing should be left in for a period of 3~9 months to allow the piercing to properly season and toughen. As with any piercing they are never considered fully healed until they are a full year old. So the longer you can leave it alone without changing the jewellery the better it is for the piercing.
If you mean is a week long enough to keep the jewelry in before you change it to new jewelry, then no. Jewelry needs to stay in for 6 weeks before being changed to give the piercing time to stabilize. If changed too early, it can cause problems. If you just want to take it out and let it heal, you can do that whenever you want.

When it first gets pierced, you must wear the standard jewelery for about 5 weeks before you can move on to studs and diamonds.I got it done yesterday(:
Check with your NCO before getting anything pierced.
Generally you can look at changing jewellery in about 7 to 14 days however the jewellery needs to be of higher quality than what your ears have been pierced with assuming you are going the piercing gun route which I always advise against because the shops doing the piercing with guns do not have health inspections or business licenses for piercing services.
No. You can just go to the shop and get your ears pierced.
