If it looks like a thumb poking out of your skin, it happened to me once, it turned out to be, and I kid you not, cat scratch fever. It is a real thing, you can only get it once and antibiotics cleared it right up. That doesn't mean that is what you have.
It could be a hernia. This should be seen by a doctor immediately as it will only worsen with time. Its a tear in the abdominal wall and its your guts or innards trying to poke through. Very painful and it does not heal on its own. It's a little smaller than a chickens egg and can be discolored or bruised in appearance.

Typically you don't see a breast cancer lump, but notice it when touching, washing, or scratching your breast.
This sounds like an infection. Get a doctor to examine it.
A lump can be lots of things, maybe cancer or just a lump of flesh witch is absolutely harmless. You should go and get it checked out though because IF it is cancer it will be easier to treat the earlier you get it seen to.
This sounds more like a strain. A hernia would show as 'lump' in the groin area. If you have any doubts or it lasts for more than a few days, see the doctor.
There is no record of a bilingual hernia, but there is a very common type of hernia called inguinal hernia. This type of hernia occurs when fatty tissues or part of an organ, such as your bowel, pushes through the muscles in your stomach wall near your groin. This happens most often to men who will feel a lump in their groin area after exertion. Sometimes lying down will cause the tissue to recede back behind the stomach muscles and the lump goes away. Other times the lump remains and requires a doctor's intervention.
