Laws of driving in Colorado?

...pretty much go out the window once you hit the roads. Seriously... people here drive like idiots. You have the transplants from other non-driving states like California, New Jersey, and New York, then you have the Colorado natives, who are convinced they can do no wrong. There's a "keep right except to pass" law in place, but you'll never see it enforced, so if you're driving from, say, Denver to Colorado Springs, or Colorado Springs to Pueblo, you'll find yourself quite annoyed as you get stuck behind two slowpoke drivers who seem to just want to stare at each other as they go down the road. Then, in the Winter time, you get these Private Joes from Texas who get stationed at Fort Carson, the USAFA, Peterson AFB, etc. running 80 MPH down I25 on a snow day, thinking they're invincible...

I could rant on and on about this subject, but, as far as the actual written laws go, there's a lot of them - far too many to feasibly list here. Pretty much, it's like driving in any other state, and you need to watch yourself, because the majority of motorists here are complete morons.
