I have one colletion agency that has pulled my credit report. I really felt violated. He started telling me about all the stuff on there .. and that I should be able to pay. Either I pay it off in the next 6 months or I'll be sent to court. Is what he is doing legal? Thanks!

Absolutely not. A collection agency can only demand payment of you.
