It will be located under the edge of the dash near the steering wheel, behind the ash tray, or behind the glove box.
if it is like my 2005, you have to jack the car and look just behind the compressor from the bottom. stupid, I know.

pull of the velcro cover, then locate the little metal tabs behind the headlights. Pull thses out, and the headlight cases will pop right out
If you mean the Air suspension/EVO steering module. It's behind right hand cowl panel, above connector bracket.

it is probably in the blower motor, at least that is where it is on the 1995 truck. take out glove blox/ remove black metal cover behind glove box. It is the white connector in plain site..
pull out glove box liner behind box you will see on right side black sqquare box with white tag. pull relay up from connector.
