i believe it is located somewhere in the door hinge assembly ---- The switch for the interior lights is located inside the door latch.

the light swicth in the door is gone bad push it in all the way and let it pop back out if that don't stop the problem get a new swicth
chech at each door pin swicth and see if any one is rusted check tne interior lite swicth is bad or repace it.
