Ethos, Pathos and Logos are the 3 main forms of Rhetoric according to Aristotle where as according to him is the ability in each particular case, to see the available means of persuasion. Ethos means an appeal based on the character of the speaker. Logos is appeal based on logic or reason. Pathos is appeal based on emotion.
