It is between the upper and lower intake manifold. The gasket is an o-ring type.

torque specs are lower intake 115in-ibs upper intake 18ft-lbs
Lower intake manifold bolt 115 in/lb. Upper intake manifold bolt 18 ft/.

you dont. go get a 2 wheel drive if your going to lower it
there is no lower intake gasket, only a front and rear gasket
The lower intake is 10 ft lbs the upper is 18ft lbs. If you go to autozone.com and read there specifaction area its listed there. That's were I found it!
