Some people think that just like other problems, one should also rest or lie down if he is suffering from Back pain. In reality, one should move the pain area as much as possible. Moving the pain area helps in getting rid of this problem but it also does not mean to move it for a long period of time. Neither too much rest, nor too much movement is good for lower back pain, left side.

∙ 10y agoIt depends on where the pain goes down the leg; if it's a sharp nerve pain all the way down to the heel, it's the sciatic nerve. If it's across the thigh and stops at the inside knee, it's the disk at the L3-L4 vertebrae.
