Check your throttle positioning sensor it's on the throttle body just unplug it and see if it makes any change if not its probably bad

. It sounds like the engine either has a vacuum leak , has jumped time, or has a clogged egr valve. Check the timing. If you see any vacuum lines cracked or find one leaking replace the bad lines. check the egr valve for a clog.
