the way to deal with conflict is simple all you have to do is stay away from people that causes it. study a person and understand this person causes conflict but if you are in the middle of it talk to someone u can trust like mom, dad, someone in the family, teacher, princileple, teacher, police, even ur best friend in the world. and if even possibley talk it out commucation is the best. just be understanding of both sides just not one side. and if ur afraaid to talk to them have someone with u to kkeep an eye on the converstion to help keep the conversation nice and resptibale
