My 04 Trailblazer make a whining noise for about 30 seconds after cold starting What could this be?

I have the same situation with mine.The only thing I can narrow it down to is that the fuel pump is making that noise.Mine has been doing it fir four years now and it seems to be an inconvience instead of a problem
