I have the same car and had the same problem. It is just a fuse. You may notice that your gas tank doesnt open either. The fuse box is located next to the gas pedal and there is an extra fuse inside the box. Read the manual to figure out which fuse it is but after you change it, the horn and gas tank will work fine.
this job requires a special tool that you can buy or rent from the local auto parts store , ask them how to use the product because telling on a computer just doesnt cut it, you need to visually see it, trust me.

The blower motor is shot, if it doesnt come out of the vents, feet, windshield, anywhere, its the blower motor, take it in and get it fixed before winter comes, your heated leather seats wont keep you warm enough bud.
