Your boyfriend has a fetish called "infantilism." If you are not comfortable with this role-playing sex game, feel free to tell him that you just can't do that. Hopefully, he will stop asking you to play Mommie. But it's also possible that he's so into this that he won't be able to sustain a relationship without it.
Or, you might offer to play this game once in a while if he will do something for you. If he keeps pressuring you, you may have to end the relationship.
