It's a hydraulic clutch so its self adjusting. If your having problems the clutch itself may be bad or your slave cylinder may be going bad.

sounds like you have a warped fly wheel, did you have it turned down to specs before put in new clutch,or it could be a faulty pressure plate did you put in a new one [some people try to save a buck and just replace the clutch disc].
