My mouse just had babies i didnt know she was even pregnant. i freaked out when i saw them and picked them up to move them to a different cage. I'm scared the mother will reject them now?

If the mum rejects its babies, then you yourself can care for them.
Whatever the result, it will be fun filled experience.
