My period came early and did not last the full seven days and for the last four days or so ive been having nipples trenderness discomfort in lower back nausea and discharge. could i be pregnant?

It sounds like you may have some symptoms of being pregnant. To be sure, I would suggest a pregnancy test to find out for sure. Breast tenderness and nausea could be related to your menstrul cycle though.
