My room smells like mildew because of wet towels I went out of town for a week and my brother planned a mean joke and now my room smells reallllllly bad?

That's pretty gross. Your brother sounds devious. Firstly, you have to get all the towels out and washed. If you have some fans, it would be a good idea to turn them on to get the moisture out. If they were on carpet, you will need to spray it with something like Lysol that controls mold and mildew. Lysol spray isn't the best smelling stuff, but it will take care of what is causing the stink. If the weather is decent, open some windows to get some air circulation in there and help it dry out. After hitting the area with Lysol and airing the room out for a couple of days in a row, follow up with some Febreeze just to make it smell nice again.
