That really depends on your body fat percentage. Muscle weighs more than fat so if you are athletic, you have muscle weight not fat weight. It would be hard to answer your question without seeing you and knowing you. You should ask your doctor. If you don't have a doctor and are concerned about your weight, you may be able to ask your school nurse.

Let's check your Body Mass Index (BMI). It is your weight (in kilograms) divided by your height (in meters) squared:

60/1.72 = 20.76

under 20 is underweight and over 25 is overweight

there is no way anyone besides you to decide whether you are over weight or not, sometimes your weight could be of muscle mass which is way heavier that fat mass!! therefore you might be in the healthy range, yet you can check your BMI which again doesn't consider your muscle mass but you can give it a try: check here http://www.webmd.com/diet/calc-bmi-plus
