Mark Woodforde and Todd Woodbridge became the world's top doubles combination for many years, much of which spanned the 1990's. In addition, they won with other doubles partners and won mixed doubles titles as well.

Woodforde won a total of 17 Grand Slam doubles titles. Woodbridge won 22 Grand Slam doubles titles.

Pat Rafter was the only Australian male to win a Grand Slam title during the 1990's: He won 2 US Open's and twice Runner-up at Wimbledon, and reached World No 1 status for a time.

Mark Philippoussis also had a solid career over much of the 1990's, making finals in world Majors over that same period. In fact, one US Open Final was actually played out by the two latter Australian players.
