Good fats are polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats, as opposed to saturated fats. Likewise, "good" lipoprotein is HDL and "bad" lipoprotein is LDL.
An example of a "good" (heart-healthy) fat would be olive oil. An example of a "bad" (artery-clogging) fat would be margarine.
Monounsaturated fats, such as olive oil, are quite healthy, in small amounts. Polyunsaturated fats, such as sunflower oil, are also healthy. Saturated fats, such as lard (from animal fat) is fairly unhealthy, especially for your coronary arteries (and especially if you have a family history of Heart disease).
Fats are okay for you in small quantities. But saturated fat is hard to break down so therefore is said bad for you.
Cheese is defiantly bad fat which is why its something you want to limiT yourself to. You would find good fats in stuff like nuts and omega-3.
Monounsaturated fats and polyunsaturated fats are the "good" fats, whereas saturated fat is a bad fat, and trans fat is the worst fat
There are four types of fat- terrible fat, bad fat, good fat, and best fat. Trans fat= terrible Saturated fat= bad Monounsaturated= good Polyunsaturated= best
'good fat' is in all the right places such as for a woman, breasts and butt. such as for a guy... not extra skinny but no love handles either. 'bad fat' is in all the WRONG places, such as belly, neck, legs, arms. love handles not wanted by most!
bad, bad, BAD
this depends on the fat, it is fat that is good and fat that is not good. the fat that is hard to get away is the bad one
yes,it reduces bad cholestrol and maintains the good
Meat fat is saturated fat (at least red meat fat). Some say saturated fat is bad. Those are the "average" people. People like me (the "freaks" who are healthier than everyone else), say it is quit good. As long as you don't have to much. Fat is an essential building block in every single cell of our bodies! However, once you heat up any fat (no matter how good) to far, it becomes bad. So if you use beef fat or something to fry things at a very high tempature, it's probably bad. As long as it doesn't go far beyond 350, it should be fine.
fat
YES!!!
Because you get fat and get closer to pasting away.
Because of all that saturated fat some is good but to much is ver bad. Because of all that saturated fat some is good but to much is ver bad.
