1.) Nellie Bly went to Mexico and saw ladies spit on their hands to make tortillas not stick - she found this interesting. 2.) She was very challenging and decided to go around the world i less then 80 days she made it in 72 3.) To get in with the "world" a popular newspaper in new York she had to be crazy for 10 days she agreed to this. 4.) She fooled the doctor and the police man into thinking she was CRAZY. 5.)This is funny - A proud father who shared a cabin with Nellie, everyday asked his baby what's the moo-moo cow say, tell daddy what the moo-moo cow says! After 6 days she grew tired of this so on the 6th day she said - "For heaven's sake, tell daddy what the moo-moo cow says so I can go to sleep!" She never was afraid to speak her mind!!! 6.)She wanted to get a job that men only men had, and got four months of rejection.
