The building known as the Beehive is not the Parliament building. It contains offices for the Cabinet and a number of ministers. The larger building lying to the right contains the debating Chamber, and many of the ministerial offices as well as housing other MPs.
Don't forget, Parliament consists of all members of Parliament- not just those of the majority party.
