The building known as the Beehive is not the Parliament building. It contains offices for the Cabinet and a number of ministers. The larger building lying to the right contains the debating Chamber, and many of the ministerial offices as well as housing other MPs.

Don't forget, Parliament consists of all members of Parliament- not just those of the majority party.

The Beehive is a common name given to it, but the actual Parliament Buildings are adjacent. The Beehive is an administrative Annex, providing office space for several ministers, reception rooms, etc.
