Now how do you get the armbands on Club Penguin?

You need to buy a Club Penguin teddy in Smyths/ Toys 'r' us/ leading toy stores, and get the code for the jacket. If a friend has it, ask them if you can use the code. Go to clubpenguin.com, click play, sign in and when it asks you to pick a server, in the top right hand corner there should be a coin saying 'Unlock items online!'. Once you click on that, enter your code to get the jacket.

Go to the coffee shop. Then go upstairs, pick the book about rockhopper and the ghost and go to the last page and click on it.
