If the pan is leaking at the mounting surface on the engine, then try tightening the pan bolts to 6 ft/lb of torque. If that does not stop the leak you will need to remove the oil pan and replace the gasket. If it is leaking at the drain plug, replace the gasket with a fiber gasket and toss the metal one. If it still leaks at the drain plug you will have to have the pan removed and welded and new threads cut as the threads are stripped or the pan is distorted.
