I don't know what state you live in and so far I have not seen one state where you are allowed to marry with parental consent if you are not 15 but you maybe are in 1 month. Without parental consent you can not marry as a minor. If you are married as a minor you will be emancipated so you can live where ever you want.
I certainly hope not.
Most states will allow you to get married with the proper parental consent. However, I do not know of any state that will allow you to get married at seventeen without parental consent.
Yes, IF you have parental consent. If you don't have parental consent, you have to wait until you're 18.
If you are under the age of 18, you have to have parental consent or a court order to get married.
No. You still need parental consent to get ungerage marrige pregnant or not. Unless you go to one of those states where it's legal to marry without parental consent.
No. But you can get married at 18 without needing parental consent.
I doubt it. But even if that is legal, it's really bad idea. If you are under 18, parental consent is required.
Nope. You have to be 18 to get married in Mexico without parental consent. And they don't allow males under the age of 16 (or females under the age of 14) to get married at all--even with parental consent.
since you can't get legally married till your 18 without parental consent, you would have to get parental consent to move out before you got married, even if your parentals agreed...
Well, there is the big problem. You must be at least 18 to get married without parental consent. There is no place in North America that will allow you to get married without it.
16 with parental consent, 18 without parental consent.
Go to city hall and ask about a marriage license. They may say you need parental consent since you are under the age of 18 or they may not if there state laws approve marriages without parental consent at that age.
