Conception date is based on your last ovulation cycle prior to when you didn't get your period. But this can be incorrect if you didn't conceive when you was ovulating. Alternatively you can have a ultrasound scan which will give you a conception date but this can be off by 5 days.
Note that conception dates are estimates at best, and you won't get a conclusive answer. You might be able to narrow it down to a 2-3 day window.
Take the date of the exam and subtract the 11 weeks, 4 days.
Then guesstimate the conception date based on the times you'd had sex around that time.
if the ultrasound sayd 11 weeks 5 days u got pregnant app 9 weeks and 5 days ago if ur periods are normal
It would be around 8 weeks before the ultrasound date, since you are not actually pregnant for the first two weeks. Pregnancies are dated from your last period. So period on day one, conceive around 14 days after that and therefore '2 weeks pregnant' at that date of conception.

When the doctor counts you as 7 weeks, they are counting from your last period. I figured if the ultrasound says 7 weeks, that is from around sep. 7th, the 1st day of your last period. meaning between sep. 18th thru sep. 24th could have got you pregnant. Likely the 21st. However an ultrasound of 7 weeks on 25th October gives you a due date of 13th June not the 3rd. See the Related Link for "conception-calculator" to the right for more.
= Would you get the past weeks in a pay raise that was retroactive from february 21st and it is now march 21st? =
Periods aren't all that reliable, trust your doc instead.
your conception date should be pretty accurate considering u had an ultrasound. you shouldv'e been ovulating around June 21st.
9 weeks and 2 days.
yes, because if your due April 1st, then it is still 9 months from when you were conceived
July 21st is your EDD but you can have the baby 3 weeks either side of this quite normally.
The 21st of November is five weeks before it and the 30th of January is 5 weeks after it.
