On a 1999 Toyota Sienna where is the access to the main fuse panel?

under stering wheel there is an ash tray holder. remove it and the fuse box is right behind it. Also, there is a fuse box in the engine compartment driver side top.
Exactly where is it located? Can you put a picture as an attachment?

If it's the same as a 1999 Cherokee.......... It's under the dashboard to the left down of the steering wheel. There are about 4-6 screws that hold a small panel a 10 - 12 inches square or so. Hard to see down there. If you can get the panel off go to a auto parts place and the will.... Hopefully take it out and replace it for you. That is if it's the same as a 1999 Jeep Cherokee.
