I had the exact problem with mine 02 Proege and the issue was there is a resistor that controls the fan speed and when the resistor blows it only gives full current(better than no current) to the fan. I took mine to the dealer and they charged $60 to fix it, parts and labour. cheers the problem IS the resistor, i have no doubt. usually resistor are located under the dashboard on the passenger side. $60 dollars is expensice, the part im sure costs no more than 10 dolars, try to change it yourself, its basically a plug that you plug in.

To remove the shift knob on a '95 Mazda MX-3 just twist the knob itself counter clockwise until it comes off!

You can go to your local junkyard which would probaly cost you a $1.

Yes, you can. If you look next to the head rest in the back seats theres a plastic knob that you pull UP. On each side, the plastic pull up knob button is on the side closest to the window. This disengages the latch that holds the seat in place. The seats simply fold down to lay on top of the sitting surface of the back seat.

There is a small bulb behind the fan speed knob, pull the knob out and with a pair of tweasers pull the bulb out and change it.

The knob poking out of the speedometer (similar to the knob used to reset trip miles) is used to set the time. Pull out knob slightly and turn to adjust.

You need the user manual which has steps on how you can replace a shifter knob on a 2002 Dodge RAM 1500 with standard transmission.

There is a phillips head screw on the right side of the shift knob, as well as one on the front of the knob. I found it easiest to turn on the car then put the car in 2 and use a drill to get the screw out.

depends. if the definition is like a door knob, than it would be knob. ive never heard of "nob" though.

Grab the Pastic ring at the bottom of the shift knob. Push down to release the boot. the turn knob counter-clockwise until off.

In the SL2 model you press in on the radio knob that turns on the radio. While pressing in on the knob, you push the button that has the "hr"/"min".

Unscrew it counterclockwise. Look to see if there is a retaining screw. If so loosen it with an Allen key and then unscrew the shifter knob.

By rubbing your feet on the carpet then touch the door knob

you gotta twist it to the left really hard, sometimes it do a little pop don't worry about that.

My 2005 rx8 - twist anti clockwise. May be rather tight but will go.

i have the same car you just have to turn it to your left

there is a black small knob in between the speedometer and the rpm's gauge, pull that knob and turn to adjust minutes, and hours. Hope this is useful. :)

Hey, i have a 2002 s-10, and it really doesn't come off, not by it self anyways. instead you need to push down the boot and the bottom of the shifter. you will see where you can disconnect the shaft and knob together from there.

The factory shift know is simply pressed into place. To remove the knob, pull on it. If it's still on quite tight, you maybe need to firmly twist while pulling the shift knob. If all else fails, use a piece of leather to protect your know, and some channel lock pliers to work the knob back and forth until it is loose enough and can be removed.

pull the knob that controls the headlights "out" or towards you when the headlight setting is on 'A' for automatic. the headlights automatically come on when they sense it getting dark outside, and all you have to do to engage the fog lamps is pull the knob towards you.

turn your car and turn the knob to the right to set the time

Removing the shift knob is actually very simple if you have the Volvo "Spaceball" setup: Just push down on the knob and rotate it counter clockwise about 90degrees then pull up to remove the knob from the shaft. Depending on what type of shift knob you are replacing it with, installation of the new one may differ. See:

Take the knob with you to a hardware store, and find a metric bolt that will screw into the knob. This would be the easiest way.
