Yes, if you use a fertility wand. There is still a 1 in 6 chance of getting a unicorn foal, just like when you breed a uni mare without the wand. Make sure you breed the mare to the same breed and the covering must be at 6:23 am or pm.
There is no specific season for breeding unicorns on Howrse. There is, however, a time. You need to breed two unicorns at exactly 6:23 GMT. It can be either AM or PM, but it has to be GMT (game time), and it cannot be before or after that time or it won't work. You can find the game time in the brackets beside the time for your time zone. If you breed at this time, you have a 1 in 6 chance of getting a unicorn foal, unless you have Hestia's gift, in which case you will get a unicorn foal.
No, Archimedes is a Special horse and therefore cannot reproduce.

Arabian Horse unicorns are probably the most popular.
The GMT clock is not broken. Just keep breeding your unis at 6:23 GMT on Howrse.
They come from other unicorns. Orinially howrse gave them out to people so the population of unicorns can get higher.
Here are the rules: ~Both unicorns must be the same breed (type of horse) ~You have to cover at the right time (it is different for everyone) ~Both parents have to be unicorns

6:23 am and pm GMT time 1:23 am and pm EST
You look in the game help section. Go to unicorns and it will show the times. After that, just get to the page where you can click a button to breed and wait until the exact time.
When you breed two unicowrns of the same breed at exactly 6:23 am/pm GMT time, there will be only 1/6 chance of a uni foal. But if you breed a normal horse/pegasus with a unicowrn even of the same breed the foal will be not a unicowrn but a normal foal with no horn. All true. If a horse doesn't have a horn, it CANNOT produce unicorns nor ever gain a horn. BEWARE THE HOWRSE TRICKERS!!
