They represent the first three Domino's Pizza stores. Domino's owner Tom Monaghan planned to add a dot for each new store, but the idea was quickly abandoned.

22
The most dots I have seen on a single domino is 24 (double twelves) and a baker's dozen is 13, so I would say 37, but most dominos just have 12. I am guessing that the answer would be 25. ■
The are certain formulas if I recall on how to calculate the number of tiles and also dots for a specific domino set. In this case it would be 91 tiles.
Doesn't mean anything... it's just a single domino in red, white, and blue - the colors of the American flag. The co-founders of Domino's Pizza originally bought a single pizzeria called DomiNick's, and the original owner forbade them from using the name on two other pizzerias they had bought when they began to expand... Domino's was the suggestion of an employee as an alternative to the DomiNick's name which they were barred from using. The only symbolism in the logo is the three dots, which represents the three stores they owned when they incorporated as Domino's Pizza, Inc. in 1965.
168 dots on full set of dominos
The Dominoes pizza logo has three white dots in it. These three dots represent the first 3 shops that were opened. The original idea was to add another dot with each additional store, like the stars in the US Flag, but this idea was soon abandoned.
On a map, black dots usually represent capital cities.
They call the tiles "bones." The pile of shuffled tiles is the "boneyard."
