This exactly happended to me but i fiddled around with my laptop and finally found out ... Well you will get a tab on it.. Like a icon of a zwinky male face..cud be on top of your screen or at the bottom where the internet connection thing is to open it...left click and open or it might say play. It only works if you open zwinky from the icon !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) many loves from emily.
