Why did they call it one tree hill?
In 1994 the tree was attacked with a chain saw by a Maori activist but survived, unfortunately in 1999 when it was attacked again by vandals, it was decided that the tree would not survive and had to come down. The tree was 120 years old. The activist wanted to draw attention to the injustices he believed had been inflicted upon the Maori people by the New Zealand government.

Recommend it to EVERYONE. pleasee watch and if you are in the UK, then at 11.00 on e4 mon-fri its on, and Saturday 8.55 and Sunday 7.00 season 5...season 6 is coming soon:D but i agree, the best show ever!!!

Lindsey ends up saying yes and then the day of the wedding before lindssey says i do she reliazes that lucas's book was written for payton.then she walks out. ________________________ i really don't think that's what her question was. but anyway. if you mean who does lucas call on the finale. well think about it. Peytons expecting a call from the guy who knew elly brookes expecting a call from angies parents to tell her that shes home and safe. and Lindsey isn't expecting a call from anybody. unless mark wanted to make a twist for us to get thinking "well who is it?!!! brookes expecting a call from blah blah.." then he's done a great job :-) cross your fingers for brucas <3
