It is the control line. Meaning that the test is valid. If there is no line that means the test is bad so use another. If the blue line shows it means the test is good. The blue line DOES NOT mean you are pregnant.

if the test is digital it means it doesn't give u any lines at all it just simply states " Pregnant" or " Not Pregnant" that's it. So, I'm not sure where u are seeing this line.
