There can be no conversion.

A squire feets (or square feet as most people spell it) is a measure of area in 2-dimensional space while a cubic metre inch is a measure of volume in 3-dimensional space. The two measure different things and, according to basic principles of dimensional analysis, any attempt at conversion from one to the other is fundamentally flawed.

You can't, because cubic feet are a measurement of volume but square meters (or square feet) are a measurement of area, they are two completely different things.
