I married into a Filipino family and have been researching family history with my children. What the relatives tell me is that Filipinos were not allowed to enlist as soldiers. My husband's grandfather, for example, enlisted as a cook. In exchange for enlisting, Filipinos were offered US citizenship and their veteran status made it easier for them to get civil service jobs in America. So, perhaps you will not find a list of soldiers. Check your assumptions.
