Not unless you could be mistaking your "early period" for implantation bleeding. If it is just your period and NOT implantaiton bleeding than it is not likely.Your symptoms of pregnancy will usually appear anywhere from the first week of your expected period to 1-2 weeks after your first week of expected period. Your first signs of pregnancy most commonly include missed period, tender/swollen breasts, change in color of the breasts, fatigue, nausea/vomiting, increased sense of smell, and weight gain. If you know for sure that you are pregnant, it is probably not going to be your period, although some women have experienced a "first" period then learns a couple of weeks later that they really are pregnant. It is possible that it could be implantation bleeding caused by the fertilized egg to attach itself to the uterine wall. Or it could be a cervical change that can cause vaginal bleeding. Vaginal bleeding can also be a symptom of ectopic (tubal) pregnancy or placenta previa. Another cause for bleeding during pregnancy is a miscarriage although the first two reasons for bleeding are more common, it is still a good idea to contact your doctor.

It varies on how long your period is. If your period lasts about 13 days(I think) that might be a sign. But if this is your very first period, dont worry its not a sign of pregnancy.

If you're sure you're pregnant, then this is not your period. See your OBGYN for a proper diagnosis, but this is what doctors call a threatened abortion.

Is a period that is 2 days early even though it has never been late or early a sign of pregnancy?

If your period was very short and light as well as early there is a possibility that it was an implantation bleed. If your period was normal except that it was 2 days early then it was probably just an early period.

Can you have symptoms of pregnancy just days after conceiving?

Early pregnancy symptoms can sometimes happen before a missed period and before a positive pregnancy test. Especially the 3, 4, 5, and 6 weeks pregnant signs. Early pregnancy symptoms and signs are usually related to the pregnancy hormone hCG or "Human Chorionic Gonadotropin" which is responsible for pregnancy signs. Even though hCG is usually not detectable in large number until after a missed menstrual period, there are many women who report having typical pregnancy symptoms even before they miss their period. There are early detection pregnancy tests available that can confirm pregnancy as early as 6 - 8 days after conception has occurred (well before a missed period).

You are getting period pain and your on your period but getting all the symptoms of pregnancy?

Things can get pretty muddled, you're dealing with all the same organs and hormones with pregnancy and period. Best to just take a pregnancy test. They are very inexpensive and quite accurate early in your pregnancy.
